Saturdays 3-5 PM at Shakti Yoga in Staten Island
located at 3 Victory Blvd, a short walk or one stop on the train from the Ferry.
Cost is $20 for one hour class, $30 for the two hours.

A Wee Bit of Alchemy with Rick continues Tuesdays at 8 PM Eastern on Zoom. It’s a lot of fun. Rick has opened up the laboratory and everyone can see how this stuff works. He has been presenting ways to deepen your practice in subtle but powerful ways.
