This is the latest in our Dragon and Condor series, interweaving the Chinese internal tradition with indigenous shamanic practices. All your donations go to the Honduran village where Tommy was born: Santa Rositas. Our focus will be on preparing for the energetic expansion that comes with spring.

I talked about this one in my last blog post. It’s going to be powerful, interactive, a little bit woo-woo, and Fun! It is open to all and is a great introduction to my “Love-based martial arts”.
I had posted a video I made 20 years ago, Introduction to T’ai Chi Ch’uan, to YouTube. I do it a little differently now, but it’s still a great intro to Grandmaster Chen’s 6o movements. Pat Deluz and I cooked it up the old-fashion (pre-digital) way, and it shows our sweat, toil, and tears.
