“Feed Your Dragon”
The Chinese dragon symbolizes power, health, and good fortune. It was the symbol of the emperor. We will explore the inner alchemy of dragon energy and awaken hidden resources to take your practice to new levels. Health, vitality, and internal power are all enhanced by feeding your inner dragon, and Rick will show you how to make it part of your everyday life. He makes this powerful practice accessible to all levels, even beginners.
Sedona is the magical place that draws a curious group each September for a few days of unconditional love and internal martial arts. The post-pandemic vibe at TCA is a lot more relaxed than our whirlwind schedule for the first 25 years. There is still an adult dose of learning opportunities, but there’s also lots of time to enjoy all the jewels that this strange place has to offer. The seminar is $250. Like last year, food and lodging are your responsibility. Most participants will stay at Los Abrigados Resort and Spa and morning sessions will take place on the grounds there. You can stay elsewhere if you prefer, but having everyone under one roof is encouraged. Let us know if you are looking for a roommate, and we’ll try to fix you up.
Most people come a day or two early and stay an extra day or two in order to take full advantage of Sedona’s many wonders. Try to come Sunday so you can join the group for a hike Monday after breakfast, relax in the hot tub and swimming pool, and meet Monday evening for our Opening Circle.
Tuesday and Wednesday will have:
optional Sunrise Qigong at 6:30-7:30;
a morning session by Oak Creek at 8:30-11,
and an afternoon session at 12:30-3.in the yoga studio
Evenings are free to swim, dine, shop, sightsee, and relax.
Closing Circle is at 4:30 Wednesday.
