TCA in Sedona continues to transform. There is something exquisitely magical about Tai Chi Alchemy in Sedona. We get to spend a few days exploring “What else is possible?” in an energetically rich setting surrounded by brilliant, loving people! The location is downtown Sedona at a beautiful, well-maintained resort just minutes from the area’s signature vortexes. It’s close to shops and restaurants, but tucked away in its own quiet space. The pace of the seminars is softer and more coherent. Lots of free time to relax, shop, lounge in the oversized  pools and hot tubs, or to play push hands with enthusiastic partners from all over.

We will return to Los Abrigados Resort and Spa near Oak Creek, the site of last year’s TCA. The accommodations are quite good and the grounds are spacious. There is a beautiful park on the grounds near Oak Creek where we do our morning sessions. Everyone takes care of their own dining. Rooms have their own kitchens.

Rick will share the stuff he’s been researching and writing about: How to live your life in in Body-Mind-Spirit Integration. It’s a lot easier than you think. And a lot of fun. He’s happy to consult with you about your personal goals and training. It’s a good opportunity to give your practice a huge boost.
